Ken Puls, Ph.D.
Ken Puls is a graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary where he received the M.M. and Ph.D. degrees in Church Music Ministry. He currently serves Founders Ministries as the Director of the online Founders Study Center and Editorial Director of Founders Press. He is an elder and Director of Music Ministries at Grace Baptist Church in Cape Coral, Florida. He also teaches Fine Arts as an online instructor for Dallas Baptist University. He has composed over 50 hymns, including hymns in Psalms, Hymns, and Spiritual Songs, the hymnal of the Southern Baptist Founders Conference. He and his wife, Celest, have 4 children.Dr. Puhls graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha (B.M.,1985) Music Theory and Composition; Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (M.M., 1990) Church Music Ministry; and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (Ph.D., 1998) Church Music Ministry.
